50 Minute sessions range in price from $95-$135 dependent upon programming.
4 week rates starting at $600 for 7 sessions.

Strength, Stretch & Roll-Appropriate for all levels of fitness and offers many options to increase and decrease intensity. We will work on endurance and hypertrophy (muscle growth). This means that some sessions will focus on high repetitions with lower resistance and some will focus on lower repetitions with higher resistance. We will utilize bands, medicine balls (weights can be substituted), gliders (towels or paper plates) and a weight bench, chair, other piece of furniture or even pillows to allow for elevation changes to work the muscles in different ways. We will also delve further into proper stretching and rolling techniques (SMR) for each set
of muscles worked.
Cardio Drills- Multi level, heart pumping, athletic activities designed to condition the heart.
Core & More- Strengthen, tone and improve flexibility with this core focused workout.
Strength & Resistance- Condition all the muscles of the body using resistance i.e. body weight, dumbbells, bands.
Life Skilz-Strengthen through functional movements and mobility to build durability for long term health & wellness.
Urban Kick & HIIT- A blend of kickboxing, (punch and kick combinations), with sports conditioning athletic drills, UrbanKick delivers a serious knock-out workout! Every class incorporates steady state cardiovascular training,
metabolic boosting H.I.I.T. training, and body-weight strength training for a unique and total body workout.
Wellness Work- Mobility training, muscle lengthening, SMR (foam rollers, tennis or massage balls)
Actively Aging Workout- Dedicated to low impact strength building, balance training and injury prevention (through mobility, SMR & Stretching)
